Acumatica’s platform offers resellers the most customizable cloud-based solution in the industry. Resellers can use Acumatica web-based customization tools, Microsoft Visual Studio, or other integrated development environment (IDE) to modify the source code that drives business logic. This allows resellers to tailor a cloud solution for larger customers with unique business requirements and integrate with on-premises systems.
The program change does not impact Acumatica’s commitment to 100% channel driven sales. Unlike other SaaS ERP vendors who compete with their channel, Acumatica sells only through partners while providing the most generous terms in the industry:
- An international network of experienced resellers there to help in the evaluation, implementation, training and ongoing support of Acumatica ERP (VARs);
- Independent software vendors that build extensions to Acumatica’s base functionality (ISVs);
- Large software companies that have selected Acumatica to migrate their industry functionality onto the Acumatica platform (OEMs).
Acumatica’s expanded partnership and resale program involves the following new components:
• Partner Levels. We created Gold and Silver levels to recognize the amount of training and commitment to Acumatica. Gold partners receive the highest margins and additional marketing opportunities.
• Lead Distribution. Acumatica will continue to distribute 100% of its leads to partners. With this program highly committed partners can receive preferential treatment when geographical location and vertical expertise are similar.
• Training Classes. Partner training is a top priority for Acumatica, so we are launching several new training courses and implementing a credit hours program so partners get credit for their time investment in Acumatica.
• Enhanced Support. Free online and phone support is available to Acumatica partners so they can better service their customers.
